Um. Wow. I spotted one of these guys over on Poppytalk this morning and just had to share the rest of the handmade banner collection from Nice. Aren't these so fun?!
By far these ones are my favorites. The fringe?? How fun is that? And the letters are hand cut. Have you ever tried to hand cut letters? NOT easy!
