Bikes! Horns!

I spotted this website over at Design*Sponge, who found them at ICFF, and I just couldn't resist posting! How perfectly Portland! I just love these handlebars...and no worries! They aren't real horns; they are made from wood! These just make me want a new bike!! So lovely and fun!

Make sure to check them out at Design Kug

Lovely Stationary

My wonderful friend Megan (of StudioM and this project) just launched a new collaborative project named hi, friend. They can customize just about anything; from wedding invites to baby announcements, to thank you notes and return address stamps. There is nothing generic and vanilla about these wonderful designs! These are just a few of my favorites:

I just love these wedding invitations! This is just a peek at this suite; make sure to check out the website for the whole package!

These carrot cards make me want to re-write out my entire recipe collection! It would make such a lovely gift to write out recipes on these cards for a bride-to-be.

It's no secret that I enjoy wild animal silhouettes and this one is just so much fun!

I love the modern classic take on this...and such a lovely color! I just can't wait for an excuse to order something from the shop!

Block Prints

I just discovered the most amazing little block printing shop based out of Massachusetts! I was holding my breath as I navigated through their catalog so so hopeful that they sell online and ship to Portland...they do!! Below are a few of my favorites; they specialize in place mats, but I think so many of these would be just lovely framed! Be sure to head over and check out Sarah Elizabeth Block Printers.

I simply cannot decide which one to get! I'm so happy I stumbled upon this via Katy Elliott.

Bridal Shower Ideas

My lovely friend Molly is getting married soon and her bridal shower is quickly approaching! I'm lucky enough to get to plan it (with her mom) and I'm playing around with the idea of a vintage camping/BBQ theme. I've gathered a bunch of ideas and things are starting to form...I'm thinking yummy campfire snacks, colors from the 60's, a buffalo plaid picnic blanket, an old iron thermos...

It's no secret that I love this "Camping Circa 1960's" series from Old School Stationers.

I love these vintage melamine dishes!

Now this looks like a fun BBQ. I'd love to somehow work in some vintage linens; but I'm not sure how it's applicable to a bridal shower...

Campfire votive from Kikkerland

Buffalo Plaid throw from Urban Outfitters; but it is no longer in stock :(

Now I know Molly loves cupcakes...so I think those may have to be worked in somehow too!!

What do you think??? Any fun ideas??
